I am a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, career woman, and so much more. However, much of my life I have been "who I was excepted to be", "who I needed to be", not the "real me", not the person it feels right to be.
Facing "empty nest syndrome" and looming retirement I have gone through a huge transformation, visualising my future, redefining my beliefs and taking many small steps towards who I am meant to be!
I am a qualified Impactful Coach, having completed an amazing program, which has given me the tools, experience and confidence to help other women through my insightful coaching, based around my holistic, 7 Elements approach.
In my coaching I specialise in helping women who are facing a big change in their life, uncover their dreams and start to see a new path forward. I use personalised, holistic coaching to help you towards your goals. Small manageable steps are the way to make lasting change and enable you to find your freedom & embrace your future.
